Look at his profile. You will see he announces himself as "I am Japanese!" Please do not believe! He should be a Korean! Do you think that I'm just speculating it? It's unfortunate for Koreans, but I have good indications of it.
The first indication is that his icon "was" Tai Chi mark, which is really similar to the national flag of South Korea. After a while, he changed his icon on Youtube. Refer to this image.
The second indication is his comments. Refer to the following captured images:
These comments are what he (takoyaki200812) has done on other videos on Youtube. His comments are typical anti-Japan, applause to Korea. He's highly possible to be a resident Korean. I translate some of his comments written in Japanese for you.

We should elect a prime minister who sincerely regrets what Japan has done against Korea.

According to the Japanese history, Ainu people lived in Tohoku area.
Shogun repeatedly sent his army there, and conquered them.
As those people who live in Tohoku area aren't Ainu, they are colonizers.
The earthquake hit there.

To recap, it's insufficient. While they say they want to establish a new relationship between Korea and Japan, they have not promised any apologies nor restitution.
They just follow Murayama's discourse. I value that they have not behaved provocatively against Korea, however, even they achieved change of administration,
they should have promised resolution of comfort women problem and restitution for resident Koreans, victims who were forced to come Japan.

After a extreme right-wing Koizumi administration, I thought Shinzo Abe took relatively mild policies which controverted the previous administration, after the Liberal Democratic Party turned out to be an anti-administration party, they seemed to need conservative supporters. I'm sorry that he seems to be a politician who try to gain conservative-wing's favor.
Who complicate relationship between Korea and Japan are those conservative-wing people who insist no apology is justified. They are the sick men of East Asia.
